The aim of the programme is to serve as a platform for partnership and collaboration among the Eastern Partnership Countries and to enhance operational cooperation with the EU Civil Protection Mechanism.
The programme also intend to build relationships with a broad range of actors involved in disaster risk management, disaster risk reduction, and civil protection field in the Eastern Partnership Countries.
