2023 marked significant milestones and inspiring successes. Together, we navigated challenges and turned them into opportunities for growth and learning. The Full-Scale Exercise stands as a testament to our collective resilience and ability to adapt, showcasing our strengths in crisis management and emergency response. Following this, our momentum continued in the final quarter of the year, where an array of activities, including technical advisory missions, a mix of online and in-person workshops, and various training sessions were held.
